Our trainer quality procedure is rigorous. Trainers are required to have extensive teaching experience, as well as other relevant business experience: giving in-service training workshops, attending conferences, being informed through reading journals and literature.

The process of training to be a SBP trainer itself involves self-evaluation of training sessions, observed practice training, and our greatest indicator-customer feedback.
